Is it safe to use NYC New York Color's Liquid Eyeliner on your waterline?
I really love this eyeliner, but it's a liquid eyeliner so I didn't know if it was safe/approved for use on your waterline?
Technically, yes. But it wont last long. Once your eyes start watering it will come right off. Also, if you happen to get it into your eye while applying it could hurt very badly. If you don't like pencil liner, maybe you could try a cream liner and dab black eyeshadow over it for extra stay power
