Irish citizen starting a business in China!?

I'm an Irish citizen currently living in Ireland, and have recently began a import business with an associate who currently lives in China. They supply the goods and I sell them here. Next year, I want to move to China to work mainly from there and wish to get a business visa. For this visa, i will need an invitation from the business i plan to work for but i have a few questions about that-

1) Am I able to write my own invitation from my own business?
2)Does the company inviting me have to be registered in China first or just any registered company?

Any insight would be amazing!
