What can I do to insulate some high voltage connections going through a metal bulkhead and?
I have 2 high voltage connection posts that need to go through a bulkhead and into a pipe containing water. I need the connnection posts to be leak free, insulated, and able to withstand 200psi?

Building a submarine? At two hundred PSI you should be
good for about 400 feet. The plastic pipe sold in a plumbing
shop is a good insulator. Two heavy pipe caps that
have been drilled (center) for a bolt to go through are
then filed on the "top" to remove any letters or bumps.
The holes in the bulkhead should be larger than the
bolt by a generous margin. Silicon seal is used to
"glue" one onto the bulkhead to center the bolt hole
with the bulkhead hole. When dry (three days?) you
can "glue" number two onto the other side. Be sure
to work plenty of silicone seal into the bulkhead hole
and use plenty of sealer. Do not tighten the bolt to
tight or you'll break the pipe cap. Just good and
snug. Test the water pressure first for leaks. Then
low voltage (12 volts) for insulation. A car battery
charger works well. Then maybe a little higher
voltage.
The lighter plastic pipe is good for about a hundred psi,
the heaver stuff is better, and you want extra space
between the studs.
