This kind of shoes was made well-craft, with a beautiful appearance. In Song Dynasty, brocade takes the priory in shoes accessories. Shoes are embroidered with various designs. According to their different materials, manufacturing methods, and decorations, they can be divided into embroidery, damask shoes, stain shoes, and gold thread shoes.
The manufacture craft has developed very well in Qing Dynasty. There are kinds of traditional stitch. Among them, Suzhou embroidery, Hunan embroidery, Sichuan embroidery and Guangdong embroidery are called the Chinese four famous embroideries. This is undoubtedly a big push to the Qing Dynasty' embroidered shoes. Twenty years after the Revolution of 1911, a shoe store called "small garden" sell the shoes that are the representative of embroidery. That is spring shoes embroidered with roses, summer shoes with lotus, autumn shoes with chrysanthemums and winter shoes with blossoms.

I really want to get a custom leather wallet for my boyfriend, but don't even know if its possible? I would love a leather wallet, with a inner-lining with embroidered hawks. As well as his initials on the front. Please any suggestions, advice...anything!!!:-)
Check around your area, there may be someone who does leather work. I had done so many back when in high school to help support myself and hope to get back into it after summer when my daughter goes off to college. May keep in touch in case you would still want one.
