Have a 2003 9-3 Saab. The remote/key buttons are worn and falling off.?
Can only the remote/key shell be purchased? Can the key, card and battery be transferred from one shell to another? Where can remote/key shell be purchased?
This happened to me on my 2006 9-3. Only a dealer qualified location has the equipment to do this. They needed both keys, but where able to reprogram the new shell/key with the other key which did not have anything worn off. Both keys work fine now.
