Color creates a strong and effective impact on your body. Dark colors like navy blue, purple, emerald green make you look slim and taller so if you are short and stout you can go for such colors. In the same way, light colors like beige, gold and grey make you look shorter. So, tall women can wear such colors to balance their height.
Usually women who have heavy chest try to disguise this area as it makes them look fat and heavy. If you are busty; then avoid frills and bold designs on your chest. Avoid low necklines to balance your heavy bust. A- Line ball gowns are suitable for busty women as it focuses on the lower part of the body. Many women have pear shaped body and are fed up of their broad hips and small chest. Such women should strictly avoid A Line dresses and go for the dresses that have bold designs on chest areas. Puffy sleeves and frills on the upper part of the ball gown can balance their pear shaped body.

What Clothes go best with my body type?
I'm 5'9
have an hourglass shape
pretty busty and hippy lol
Long legs, arms, and torso
so what style of jeans would look best? (skinny, flare, bootleg, dark wash, light wash ect)

well you're lucky with the hourglass and the long limbs! you don't have to worry about balance and such or looking taller! 
if your problem areas are your bust and hips, I'd say just try not to emphasize them, otherwise you can wear a lot of things.
jeans: flair legs do take attention from the hips, but I think the flair is pretty much out for a good few years. I don't think anyone should wear light wash except the v. v. skinny, because can make anyone look plumper because it's normally bleached in all the wrong places, esp the butt and thighs. Darker, straight-leg jeans are what I would pick.
tops: if you want to deemphasize the boobs, avoid straight-across necklines. But as long as you're not self-conscious about how busty you are, you can wear pretty much anything that you can put a good bra under. And if you're hourglass, avoid things that cinch in the natural waist, because it kind of cuts you in half too dramatically and makes you look even bustier and hippier
Same rules apply the dresses. If you're tall already, play it up - don't wear anything longer than the knees, and even go a little above. And choose a neckline that the boobs don't bust out of and don't do cinching in the waist.
colors depend more on your skin tone/hair/eyes, and patterns are only dangerous on areas you think are too big - rule of thumb is if you don't want it emphasized, dont' put a loud pattern on it (small patterns are basically like solids).
