my xbox always gets red rings what should i do?

everytime i go to play a game i always gets 2 red rings. The dashboard works good. but soon as the game starts it starts runnin fast and gets 2 red rings. What should i do?

2 red rings means that your Xbox is overheated. All you need is good Ventilation and maybe unplug your Xbox power cord from the outlet, as I know that it still uses up energy and gets warm. Wait a while and then plug it in.
If not, then put it in an area with good ventilation and try to blow out any dust from the vents on the Xbox.
